Service availability can vary by location, technician availability, and appointment schedule.
For most standard appliance repairs, IAS Repair charges a flat-rate service charge of $139.99 + applicable tax.
This flat-rate service charge applies when the appliance can be diagnosed and repaired by one technician without requiring assistance from an additional technician.
Replacement parts are charged separately when required.
Certain specialized repairs, including sealed-system refrigeration service, are not covered by the standard $139.99 flat-rate service charge and are priced separately.
Does IAS Repair charge a separate diagnostic fee?
No. There is no separate diagnostic fee for IAS Repair customers.
For most standard repairs, our $139.99 + applicable tax flat-rate service charge covers the technician's service and repair labour.
If the appliance requires a specialized repair that falls outside the standard flat-rate service, our technician will explain the applicable service and pricing before proceeding.
What does the $139.99 flat-rate service charge include?
The $139.99 + applicable tax flat-rate service charge covers the standard service and repair labour for most appliance repairs that can be completed by one technician.
Replacement parts are additional.

Our technician will explain applicable pricing before proceeding with work outside the standard flat-rate service.
The $139.99 flat-rate service charge is intended for repairs that can be safely completed by one technician.
If a repair requires assistance from an additional technician because of the appliance's size, weight, location, installation, complexity, or other circumstances, the standard flat rate may not apply.
Any applicable additional service or labour charges will be communicated before the additional work is authorized.
